How to request deletion of account, workflow, and connected platform data from Contentdee.

These instructions describe how users can ask Contentdee to delete stored application data, disconnect social integrations, and remove associated workspace records where deletion is operationally permitted.

Who This Page Is For

This page explains how users may request deletion of data associated with their use of Contentdee, including account records, workspace access, connected social platform integrations, and workflow data that Contentdee stores to operate the product.

These instructions are intended for users who connected a social account or interacted with Contentdee through a team workspace and want their stored application data removed.

Section 2

How To Request Deletion

Send a deletion request to peem9418@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, or include enough detail for us to identify your workspace and connected account. Please include your username, team name if applicable, and the platform connection you want removed.

If your request relates to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok data, include the connected page, account, or profile name and the approximate date the connection was authorized.

Section 3

What Contentdee Deletes

Once we validate the request, Contentdee will delete or disconnect the stored integration tokens, selected connected page or account references, and other platform-linked application data that is no longer required to maintain the requested workspace access.

Where applicable, we will also delete stored account profile details, workflow assignments, content records, and uploaded references that belong solely to the requesting user, subject to team ownership rules and legal retention obligations.

Section 4

What May Be Retained

Contentdee may retain limited records when necessary to comply with law, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, document security events, or preserve team-owned operational history that cannot be individually deleted without affecting other authorized users in the same workspace.

If some records must be retained, we will limit retention to the minimum scope reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Section 5

Timing and Confirmation

We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after identity and account ownership are verified. Processing time may vary depending on whether the request affects only a direct account or also shared team workflow records.

After processing is complete, we will confirm that the request has been handled or explain any limited data that must remain retained.

Section 6

Connected Platform Note

Deleting data from Contentdee removes the copies, tokens, and linked records stored by Contentdee. It does not automatically delete content or analytics that remain on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party platforms themselves.

If you also want content or account data removed from the platform where it originated, follow that platform's own deletion or account-management process separately.
