Section 1

Platform Overview

Contentdee is an AI-powered content marketing platform designed for social media teams, agencies, and internal marketing departments. The platform combines AI-assisted content generation with collaborative workflow tools for planning, review, approval, publishing, and reporting across social channels including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

By using Contentdee, you agree to use the service only for lawful business and content operations purposes, and only in ways that comply with these Terms and any connected third-party platform requirements.

Section 2

Accounts and Team Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account or your team workspace. Team owners and administrators are responsible for access configuration, user role assignments, and the content operations performed inside their workspace.

You must provide accurate account and workspace information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a misleading, abusive, or unauthorized way.

Section 3

Acceptable Use and Content Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the media, captions, links, briefs, publishing decisions, and social content submitted to or managed through Contentdee. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload content, collaborate on it, and publish it through connected workflows.

You may not use Contentdee to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, misrepresent brand affiliation, interfere with third-party services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users, accounts, or systems.

Section 4

Connected Platforms and API Integrations

Contentdee may connect with third-party services such as social media platforms, media hosts, analytics providers, or cloud storage vendors. When you authorize a connection, you instruct us to access and process the data needed to support the requested workflow, reporting, or account-linking functionality.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, permissions models, and availability constraints. We are not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, permission restrictions, or policy enforcement actions made by those third-party providers.

Section 5

TikTok Reporting Use Case

For connected platform integrations, Contentdee is intended to support social content operations and reporting. If enabled, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram data may be used to associate published content with workflow records and to display performance metrics such as view count, impressions, reach, and engagement inside the content database for authorized users.

Contentdee does not claim rights over connected account data beyond the limited permissions granted by the connected account owner and used for the disclosed product functionality.

Section 6

Service Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the platform creates security, legal, abuse, or operational risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

Section 7

Liability and Contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contentdee and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the platform, connected third-party services, or content managed through the workflow.
