Section 1

What We Collect

Contentdee collects information needed to operate the platform for team-based content marketing workflows. This may include account details, usernames, role assignments, team configuration, content briefs, captions, calendar scheduling data, uploaded media references, publishing links, and workflow status records.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as session data, error logs, browser metadata, and feature interactions necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Section 2

How Workflow Data Is Used

We use platform data to support planning, creation, review, approval, publishing coordination, and content reporting inside Contentdee. This includes showing content in team calendars, assigning tasks across planners, editors, approvers, and publishers, and preserving workflow history for operational accountability.

Data may also be used to maintain product performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of collaboration features.

Section 3

Connected Social Platform Data

When a user authorizes a connected platform, Contentdee may receive limited account, content, or analytics data permitted by that platform and the scopes approved by the user. We use that data only to enable the requested product features and to support internal reporting for authorized workspace users.

For connected platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, the intended use case is performance reporting tied to content workflow records. If enabled, Contentdee may access or store metrics such as view count, impressions, reach, and engagement so teams can review post performance in the content database.

Section 4

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host the application, store media or database records, process authentication, or support product operations, but only as needed to provide the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer involving the platform.

Section 5

Retention, Security, and Access

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain workflow history, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and whether the workspace remains active.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. However, no internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Section 6

Your Choices and Requests

Workspace administrators may manage user access and connected workflows within their teams. Users may request updates or deletion handling subject to account ownership, workspace controls, legal obligations, and operational retention requirements.

Platform-specific deletion instructions for connected social data are available at /data-deletion and may be used when a user wants stored integration data removed from Contentdee.
